REVISION POLICY

Your chosen package determines your revision opportunities. You can request revisions within the specified limit, ensuring we meet your expectations. Rest assured, there are no extra charges for design adjustments within the given concepts, and we'll strive to perfect your design. Revisions are typically delivered within 48 hours.

Please note that any changes requested after the finalization of website designs will be considered a new order and subject to separate charges.

REFUND POLICY

At Foo Fox Agency, our refund policy is structured to ensure fair practices. Please note the following conditions that may impact the eligibility for a refund:

• Refunds are not applicable for special packages.
• Once the primary design concept is approved, refunds will not be processed.
• Refunds won't be issued if revisions have been requested.
• Cancellation unrelated to the company's performance is not eligible for a refund.
• If there is no contact with the company for more than 2 weeks, the refund policy becomes void.
• Violation of company policies results in the nullification of the refund.
• Seeking services from another company or designer for the same project voids the refund.
• Refunds are not applicable if the creative brief lacks essential information.
• Demanding a complete design change nullifies the refund policy.
• Refund requests beyond the specified time frame will not be entertained.
• Business closure or name change does not warrant a refund.
• Refunds are not applicable for reasons such as 'change of mind' or 'disagreement with a partner.'
• If dissatisfied with a specific service within a bundle, a refund applies only to that service, not the entire bundle.
• Refunds are not processed after 15 days from the date of purchase.
• Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting services are non-refundable.
• Refunds are not entertained once the client approves the design and the website enters development.
• Applicable only if initial designs are completely rejected. If additional concepts or modifications are requested, a deduction of 33% of the total billing amount may apply.

Note: Foo Fox Agency reserves the right to reject projects or cancel contracts as deemed necessary. After a refund, the designs become the sole property of Foo Fox Agency, and clients relinquish any rights to use them.
